You don’t have to be in pain to benefit from chiropractic care.

A healthy nervous system impacts so much more than aches and pains. If your body isn’t adapting to life well, it may be trying to tell you something.

Chiropractic care may be worth exploring if…

• You feel stressed all the time and have a hard time relaxing.
• You wake up tired, even after a full night’s sleep.
• Headaches have become a regular part of your week.
• Your digestion just doesn’t feel quite right.
• You’re noticing numbness or tingling in your hands or feet.
• You seem to get sick often and want to build a more resilient body.
• You’re an athlete looking to improve performance and recover more efficiently.
• Your child is struggling with focus, regulation, or attention.
• You want to move better, recover faster, and stay active.
• You’re pregnant and want to support a balanced pelvis and a more comfortable pregnancy.
• Your baby is having challenges with sleep, feeding, colic, or overall regulation.
• You’d rather be proactive with your health than wait until something hurts.
• Your child keeps dealing with ear infections or chronic tension.
• You’ve noticed you’re losing flexibility or range of motion.
• You want to stay healthy, active, and independent for years to come.

At Rise, we don’t chase symptoms, we focus on helping your nervous system function the way it was designed to. When your brain and body communicate well, your body is better equipped to adapt, heal, and thrive.

Because better health isn’t just about feeling less pain… it’s about having the energy, resilience, and freedom to fully live the life God has called you to.

Why are chiropractic kids healthier and happier?

Chiropractic isn’t just for adults. Kids experience similar stressors that adults do everyday. The only difference is kids are resilient. Watch a toddler learning to walk, and you’ll see dozens of falls and bumps. They get right up and keep going. However, small injuries can occur that the child will actually grow into and not out of.

Chiropractic can help kids struggling with constipation, ADHD, bed wetting, colic, and many other things.

Most importantly it helps their body function the way it was designed to.

Healthy kids become healthy adults.

One of the questions we get asked a lot is, “What is that instrument you run up and down my back?”

This is called a Delta-T, or Nervoscope, and it’s one of the tools we use to help us take the guesswork out of your care.

As we gently glide it along your spine, it measures small temperature differences from one side to the other. When we notice a consistent change in an area, it can give us insight into how your nervous system is responding and whether there may be stress or irritation affecting that part of the spine.

The Nervoscope doesn’t tell us everything on its own, but when combined with our other findings, it helps us determine where your body needs attention so we can keep your care specific and individualized.

We love using tools like this because they help us focus on what your body is telling us, not just your symptoms, and allow us to care for you with intention every step of the way 🤍

Most golfers assume their back gets tight because they’re “getting older” or because they swung too hard. In reality, the body is usually compensating for a loss of motion somewhere else.

The golf swing places a huge rotational demand on the spine. When the mid-back stops moving the way it should, the lower back often takes on stress it was never designed to handle. Over time, that compensation adds up.

Pain and tightness are rarely random. Instead, it is a sign that your body is adapting to dysfunction somewhere in the chain.

The goal shouldn’t just be temporary relief. The goal should be restoring proper movement so your body doesn’t have to keep compensating every round.

If your back always feels “tight” after golf, it may be time to look deeper than the muscles.

Today we remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country 🇺🇸

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend, it’s a reminder that freedom has been purchased at a great cost.

We are deeply grateful for the courage, sacrifice, and selflessness of those who laid down their lives for others, and we remember the families who carry that loss every day.

From all of us at Rise, thank you to those who served and especially to those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

We remember ❤️

What is really holding you back? Most people would say pain, constant headaches, lack of energy, brain fog, etc. What if I told you all these things are secondary symptoms from a primary cause.

We never really ask, “What is causing me to feel like this?” Instead, we put a bandaid on it, forget about it, and deal with it again when it comes back.

Your nervous system coordinates every action and function in your body. When communication between the brain and body is disrupted, the body can’t function the way it was designed to and that’s when secondary symptoms begin to show up.

You don’t have to keep living a life that feels limited or held back.

It starts with getting clarity on what’s actually going on.

If you’re ready to function the way your body was designed to, it’s time to take the next step.
