☀️ Summer Schedule Update ☀️

We’ve made a few adjustments to our schedule to better serve our members this summer! Be sure to check out the updated class times and offerings.

We’ve also added more information about Open Gym below so you know exactly what to expect and how to make the most of it.

As always, thank you for being part of the Meraki CrossFit community! 💪

Open Gym is for experienced members who have trained consistently for at least 6 months and can work out safely and independently.

During Open Gym, members may:
- Complete the programmed workout independently
- Train alongside a coach who may also be working out
- Perform approved accessory work, mobility, cardio, strength, or individualized programming

A coach or Amy will be on-site for oversight and support, but Open Gym is not a coached class or personal training session.

Open Gym is ideal for members who:
- Feel confident with movements and equipment
- Want more scheduling flexibility
- Need extra time for skill work, mobility, recovery, or personalized training
- Enjoy some independence while staying connected to the Meraki environment

Members are expected to respect the space, equipment, and safety standards at all times.
