Back to school means back to routines—and that includes taking care of your spine! 🎒📚

Long hours sitting at a desk, carrying a backpack, and spending more time on screens can put extra stress on the neck and back. This school year, encourage good posture, movement breaks, proper backpack habits, and healthy spinal habits from day one. 🧡

A healthy spine helps keep kids moving, learning, and feeling their best all year long!

Preventative breast health starts with awareness—and it goes beyond a single screening.

A whole-body approach can include staying current with recommended breast screenings, understanding your personal risk factors, supporting healthy nutrition and movement, managing stress, and paying attention to changes in your body.

Chiropractic care can support overall nervous system and musculoskeletal health, while functional medicine takes a deeper look at factors such as nutrition, lifestyle, metabolic health, and individual health history.
The goal isn’t to replace conventional breast care—it’s to complement it with proactive, personalized wellness strategies.

Your health is worth paying attention to before a problem gets your attention.

August is all about breast health awareness, and one of the simplest ways to get to know your body is by performing regular self-breast exams.

A self-exam only takes a few minutes and can help you become familiar with what’s normal for you, making it easier to notice any changes that should be discussed with your healthcare provider.

✨ Remember:
• Check once a month.
• Look and feel for any new lumps, changes in shape or size, skin dimpling, ni**le changes, or unusual discharge.
• If you notice something different, don’t panic—but do schedule an appointment with your healthcare provider.

At our office, we believe that caring for your health goes beyond the spine. Small, consistent habits can make a meaningful difference in your overall well-being.

Save this post as a monthly reminder, and share it with someone you care about. 💗

Your thyroid may be small, but it has a big impact on your health.

This butterfly-shaped gland helps regulate your metabolism, energy levels, mood, heart rate, body temperature, and more. When it’s not functioning properly, you may notice symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, weight changes, hair thinning, dry skin, or difficulty concentrating.
Listening to your body is important. If these symptoms sound familiar, don’t ignore them—early awareness and proper evaluation can make a difference.

Your health starts with paying attention to the signals your body is sending.
