I am worthy of my wisdom

I used to give it all away. I used to use it as a currency for security, approval and love. It never felt like my own or enough, so I over spent it, like time, like money. I exhausted myself trying to find more, leaving the home within where I know to hunt for truth in something else, someone else, to confirm that my wisdom is true.
Until I rested with and tasted the food I consumed, let myself digest the experiences and teachings I’d swallowed up, I did not know how full I was, how satiated and nourished I am. This is where I am, where I’ve been, in my Gratitude Garden, growing self-appreciation for my knowledge, gifts and power. I am worthy.
