🌿 Now Available for CEU Presentations!

One of the parts of my work I’m especially excited to continue growing is training and educating other mental health professionals.

I’m currently available to provide in-person and virtual CEU presentations for practices, agencies, organizations, professional groups, and conferences.

One of my featured trainings is:

🌱 Once Upon a Baby Dream: Recognizing the Hidden Relationship Impact of Infertility

This presentation goes beyond the medical side of infertility to explore what can happen within the relationship—attachment, communication, intimacy, identity, emotional connection, and the ways couples cope differently with an incredibly complex experience.

I’m also developing and offering CEU trainings focused on relationship patterns, attachment, red/yellow/green flags, unhealthy relationship dynamics, and clinical assessment and intervention.

My goal is for every training to be practical, evidence-based, compassionate, and immediately useful in the therapy room.

The last couple days of yoga teacher training were all about inversions, arm balances, breathwork, and learning to trust my body in some very unfamiliar positions. 🧘‍♀️

And the timing was kind of fitting, because this weekend definitely required some balance off the mat too. We lost power at home, things have been a bit of a mess, and as of tonight… we’re still without power. 😩

But I showed up anyway. I breathed. I tried things that intimidated me. I fell out of poses. I tried again. And somehow ended the weekend doing things I wasn’t sure I could do.

Sometimes balance isn’t about everything being calm and perfectly aligned. Sometimes it’s finding your center while everything around you feels a little upside down. 💜

And apparently sometimes that means literally being upside down. 😂

✨ A dream is becoming reality. ✨

What began as my doctoral research is almost ready to reach the people it was created for.

Once Upon a Baby Dream is a therapist-guided infertility support program that includes both a Facilitator Guide and a Couple’s Workbook. It was developed from research, evidence-based relationship approaches, clinical experience, and a deep passion for supporting couples through the emotional challenges of infertility.

After months of editing, refining, and preparing these resources, they are now in the final stages before being self-published on Amazon.

My hope is that these workbooks will help therapists confidently facilitate infertility support groups while giving couples practical tools to strengthen communication, connection, and resilience throughout their journey.

This is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to share more with you soon. 💚

Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is pause.

We often talk about self-care as something we have to earn after we’ve finished everything on our to-do list. But our bodies usually ask us to slow down long before that list is complete.

Tonight, I’m choosing to listen.

Rest isn’t giving up. It’s creating the space to show up more fully tomorrow—for ourselves, the people we love, and the work that matters most.

If you’re feeling exhausted, consider this your reminder that taking a break isn’t weakness. It’s wisdom. 💚

Today’s storms were a good reminder that not every difficult season is meant to be avoided.

Some storms water the roots.

The hard conversations.
The moments we finally ask for help.
The boundaries we set.
The healing we choose.

None of those are easy—but they often become the moments that help us grow the most.

So if today felt heavy, remember this: storms don’t last forever, and growth often begins beneath the surface, long before we can see it.

Yoga is more than movement. It’s history, philosophy, self-study, and rest.

Today’s teacher training took us through the rich history of yoga before guiding us into yoga nidra—a practice of intentional rest that reminds us healing doesn’t always happen through doing. Sometimes it happens through simply being.

One of the biggest lessons I’m learning in this journey is that growth comes from both studying deeply and allowing ourselves to slow down.

Some days remind you why yoga is called a practice.

Today was another inspiring day of yoga teacher training, followed by 108 Sun Salutations alongside an incredible community of yogis. It wasn’t about doing them perfectly—it was about staying present, breathing through the challenge, and honoring what your body could do in that moment.

And, of course, we ended the day celebrating with a signature drink named after our studio. 💙

Growth isn’t always comfortable, but it is always worth showing up for.
