The most incredible before and after. Birth has the most unique transformative effect of bringing you to a point you didn’t know you could conquer. Requiring surrender of your body, mind, and the desire to control its outcome. But within that struggle you learn more than you could ever imagine about the depths of your strength and love for this child you’re bringing into the world. A challenge that will stretch you and change the fundamental understanding of who you. The unspoken journey to motherhood. Amazing and challenging beyond words. There is absolutely nothing better than the look of admiration between couples. The transformation process of birth not only from individual to mom and dad but from a partnership to parents. Full testimonial:”Hiring Erin as our birth and postpartum doula was one of the absolute best decisions we made during my second pregnancy. She provided us with the knowledge, support, and care we needed to feel empowered and safe during birth, which was my main goal after a somewhat traumatic first birth. I was hoping to find support that was steady and calm while also feeling warm and encouraging, and Erin did an incredible job of providing that. I felt that I had someone with me who respected my hopes and could advocate for me when I wasn’t able to. My son was in a somewhat suboptimal position during labor, and Erin worked with the rest of my birth team to use positioning during pushing to adjust his position. Not only was it successful, but it made for a powerful and even joyful experience that my husband and I are still raving about months later. The course is 4 weeks long and will prepare me for the skills that I need to step into the field of birth photography.
