On the solstice, you experience the longest day and shortest night of the year. After that, the amount of daylight begins to decrease little by little each day. At first, the change is very subtle—often just seconds to a minute less daylight per day—but it gradually becomes more noticeable as summer progresses.
May the light of the longest day fill your heart with warmth, your spirit with hope, and your path with clarity. May you honor how far you’ve come, celebrate all that is blooming, and trust the seasons still to come. ☀️
