New one on one personal training sign ups receive their first session FREE, along with $10 off their next two sessions!

If you currently train in a semi-private group setting, receive $5 off each training session for the month! If you currently train one on one and would like to bring a friend or family member in to your session, the same discount applies.

For our evening class members, refer and bring a new class member in and get $5 off your next two classes. New class members get their first class FREE!
