Dear Parents,

As a reminder, please do not enter our parking lot from Whidbey Avenue. The Ely Street entrance is the only entrance that should be used.

We also ask that you please keep the back of the building clear and do not park in that area. Our buses are having difficulty navigating through the parking lot when vehicles are parked there.

If this continues to be an issue, our buses may no longer be able to enter the parking lot, which could create additional challenges for everyone.

We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our parking lot safe and accessible for our buses, staff, and families. Thank you for your help!

🏀 Something exciting is happening for Oak Harbor kids!

This new space will give kids and teens a safe place to play basketball, volleyball, pickleball, enjoy teen nights and more—rain or shine.

We are currently at capacity for our afternoon care program BUT do have spots still available for our morning care program. If your membership application is not currently in Approved Pending Confirmation or Approved you must join the waitlist.

Good afternoon Parents and Guardians,

When you have finished your membership application, gotten your email to be approved for said application and select and register for your preferred program, you MUST contact transportion via the school district to set up busing for your child.
Any child that has not been signed up for busing to and from school will not be aloud on a bus. It is imperative to set transportation prior to their first day at the club.

We ended our summer with Chilly Willy’s Ice Cream and the kids had a blast!

Heads up kindergarten does not begin until September 4, 2026. We will not be open for full day care.

Reminder that the club will be closed 8/27, 8/28, 8/31 and then Labor Day 9/7.

Feeling parched after a long, hot summer? Are you in need of something refreshing and sweet? To celebrate the last two days of summer, our Teen Program will be operating a lemonade stand in the parking lot outside the front entrance of the building on August 25th & 26th from 12pm-3pm. They will be serving both yellow and pink lemonade and customers will be given the option to choose a small, medium or large. As a thank you, they will also be giving out free Childrens Toolbox Kits to anyone interested! This event is cash only.
