We accept new patients by appointment only. We believe working with the same therapist day to day, week to week is a key component to long-term sustainable health and recovery. We offer private treatment rooms which give our patients the most discreet and relaxing atmosphere they can experience in a therapy setting. We believe it's unnecessary to heal only in a large gym-like setting. We've found

our patients enjoy our more intimate space because it's not intimidating, it's safe and very comfortable. We work closely with our patients' Primary Care Physicians as well as their Referring Doctors. We believe the importance of weekly communication via email or fax is vital in the achievement of goals by everyone involved in the healing process. Do you eat Butternut Squash? According to the Center for Science in the Public Interest, it's an easy way to get lots of vitamins A and C and fiber. This weekend steam a sliced squash or buy peeled, diced butternut squash at the supermarket that's ready to go into the oven, a stir-fry, or a soup and let us know how it tasted!
