Two of Boutwells Landing's very own played their cards right and earned 2nd Place in a recent Bridge tournament hosted by our home office, Presbyterian Homes & Services. ♠️♥️

Congratulations Ginny & Ardie!🏆👏

Boutwells had 17 players that attended and they know that Bridge isn't just a card game... it's a test of skill, partnership, and quick thinking! 🏅

"Not only has he been extremely professional as he and his coworkers maneuver around our facility, working hard while navigating residents, wheelchairs, and activities happening throughout the day, but we also discovered he has a real passion and talent for playing the piano. After a wonderful conversation with one of my staff members, he graciously offered to come back after his shift and play a mini concert for our residents that afternoon. The beautiful music he shared, along with the genuine conversations I witnessed between him and the residents, were incredibly kind, heartfelt, and meaningful.

The Nursing Assistant/ Home Health Aide is responsible for the provision of high-quality personal care and services to residents to support the Personally Designed Living choices of residents, while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
Qualifications:
• To be considered for Assisted Living: caregiving experience helpful but not required.
• Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self-leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
Pay Range:
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $21.00 - $22.90 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
