Ketamine Collective is a monthly gathering for therapists
to experience ketamine for themselves in a safe, legal and supported environment

It is specifically designed for therapists who are committed to their own healing work. By offering this in a group setting, we’re making ketamine therapy more accessible, sustainable, and community-driven.

This information session will give you the overview you need and also leave room for your questions.

RSVP to [email protected] or fill out the Contact Form on our website. And share with that friend or colleague who comes to mind.

This workshop is not ours, but as big fans of IFS ("Parts") work -- and of the folks over at Mind Body Connections -- we wanted to share this opportunity. As they describe it:

"We all have parts of ourselves that seem to be at odds with each other - we want to be seen, but when given the opportunity, we want to hide. We want to (or at least are told we should) 'feel our feelings,' but get overwhelmed when we start to experience the depth or intensity of them. In this workshop, we will practice making choices in our dancing, which will strengthen our sense of agency with our emotional world, or Self-leadership with our parts. We will practicing choosing to move in and out of intensity, supported by the group process."

All are welcome, no experience necessary. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to Autumn, who does IFS here at STG, or to directly; register here: https://sites.google.com/view/dancing-with-our-parts/home

What's the difference between coaching and therapy services?

Coaching is a forward‑focused approach that helps individuals gain clarity about where they are, define where they want to go, and take meaningful, achievable steps toward their goals.

While therapy often focuses on healing through understanding and processing past experiences, coaching centers on the present and future—supporting action, growth, and momentum.

Thoughtful coaching offers practical tools, supportive accountability, and genuine encouragement, while helping clients build a resilient mindset that allows them to navigate setbacks with greater confidence.

Coaching can be especially helpful for individuals who have insight and self‑awareness but want support with follow‑through, consistency, and turning intention into lasting change.

Reach out to one of our coaches today for a free 15-minute exploration call.

- Patrick Donohue, ICF, PCC
