A little hello from some of our office plants here at ETMA. 🌿🌱🪴
They are growing abundantly (maybe a little too abundantly. We are dangerously close to having a full rainforest inside the building😅)
Looking at them lately has had me reflecting on growth, what I am growing toward, and what keeps me rooted.
We have core values painted on the heart of our tree mural here at the office, living permanently on the wall as a reminder to us and everyone who walks through the door. For me the ones that anchor me most are authenticity, respect for self and others, and a deep desire to help others grow and thrive on this wild path called life. I wish to grow toward a world and community filled with self love and genuine love for all our fellow humans and creatures of the earth.
It can be incredibly hard to stay rooted in your values when emotions, noise from the world, old triggers, and relationship wounds come rushing in. Having a regular practice of releasing that noise is so important to stay balanced and connected to myself.
This is exactly why we gather. 🖤
Every second Tuesday | 6:30–8pm (Tomorrow! 9/8)
Our Sovereignty Circle is a free, open space for anyone to check in authentically, release some steam, and anchor back into what truly matters to them — whatever that looks like for you. Donation entry. All are welcome, no exceptions.
And at the end of the month we begin Sanctum Solidarus— our newest self mastery group and a deep dive into core beliefs, values, spiritual discovery, and self actualization alongside others on the same journey. Only 3 spots remaining for the group starting September 22nd and running for eight Tuesdays.
No matter who you are, what you believe, or what you are trying to grow, we hope you have all the support, space, and tools to accomplish it. 🫂
