Think of your health like a Jenga tower. Everyday, stress, poor posture, lack of sleep, sitting too long, not exercising and everyday wear and tear take a toll. You can lose a few pieces and still feel fine. BUT as more pieces are removed the tower becomes more unstable. Eventually, one little thing causes the tower to crash.
