Let's give a super warm welcome to the newest addition to our team... Annie!

Annie is an experienced fitness instructor with certifications in teaching barre, personal training, spin, yoga and run coaching. She is passionate about encouraging fitness to be accessible and fun for everyone. During the day, Annie is a university professor and administrator. She is a mom to 3 kids, and is an avid runner and traveler. You’ll find any teaching Barre Sculpt Fusion regularly on the schedule on Fridays at 4:30 pm, and subbing other formats! Welcome to the family Annie!

FF in the evening light 😍

Candlelight practices are back, classes are getting fuller as yogis return to their practice after a busy summer, vibes are getting cozier. This is one of the most special times of year at FlowFit. We welcome in new faces and really get to feel the energy and breath. Now is a great time to get back into routine, and we are here to welcome you with open arms!

Whether you want to try a class free, or two unlimited weeks for $29, the barrier to entry is so low you've got nothing to lose and everything to gain!

Learning to take flight is one thing, learning to transition between arm balances is a whole nother can of worms (why is that a saying btw??? Who’s buying cans of worms??)

As sad as it is to see the sun setting earlier... there is one good thing to come from the changing of the seasons! Our candlelight classes are back at 6:45 PM Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Nothing is snugglier and more restorative than a Yin Yoga or Flowblity by candlelight. Challenge your senses and lean into the season of nesting with us at FlowFit
