Summer has a way of pulling us in a hundred different directions. Vacations, lake days, late nights, and packed calendars can make it tempting to put your practice on hold.
But yoga isn't about perfection or consistency for the sake of checking a box. It's about returning to yourself, again and again.
This summer, let your practice be the anchor that keeps you connected to your body, your breath, and the version of yourself that feels strongest, calmest, and most alive (like the anchor we talk about on our mat to keep us focused on the present). Some days that might look like a challenging flow, other days it might be ten minutes of movement on your living room floor. It all counts.
Keep showing up. Not because you have to, but because you deserve to feel good.
