I talk about how grief has the power to transform the way we live. Through my experience as a funeral director meeting thousands of families, I've noticed that people who experience deep grief often begin living differently—noticing sunsets, calling loved ones more often, hugging longer, and saying I love you more freely. Rather than making life easier, grief reminds us that life is fragile. I explore how we have a choice when grief finds us: we can become bitter, or we can let it wake us up to stop waiting and start living fully. Grief teaches us that today is enough.

Father's Day can bring a mix of emotions.

For some, it's a day spent around the barbecue, sharing stories, laughter, and making new memories with Dad.
