Canvas Health

Canvas Health Canvas Health, founded in 1969 is dedicated to offering hope, healing and recovery to peoples lives.

We are community-driven and believe that the vitality and stability of our communities rests on the strength of the individuals and families within them. When those with life impairments are helped to live more freely, we are all lifted up. When we help families and individuals recover from mental illness, chemical dependency, physical and sexual abuse, the world becomes a better place for us all.

When we help seniors to live independently and troubled children to remain at home and in school, we help restore the fabric of family and community life.

Today we honor the strength, resilience, and contributions of Black communities to our culture and our country.

We recognize that healing from generations of injustice, prioritizing well-being, and creating spaces where people can be seen, heard, and supported are all acts of empowerment.

As we celebrate Juneteenth, let’s continue working toward a future where mental wellness, equity, and opportunity are accessible to all.

We had the joy of celebrating the apartment renovation at Raymie Johnson yesterday!

A special shoutout to Jane McCarthy, the Service Coordinator, who has gone above and beyond over the past year. Jane has been a steady presence for residents as they navigated construction, changes, and temporary disruptions - including opening her various office spaces so residents and their pets had a place to retreat.

Additionally, Jane and Jayne Braun, our clinical director, participated in planning and communication meetings with the CDA, Shelter Corp, and Frerichs Construction throughout the process.

We’re so grateful for the teamwork that made this transformation possible and for the resilient community at Raymie Johnson!

A substance use assessment can help you or a loved one gain clarity into what kind of care and tools might be helpful. It is not a commitment or a contract; it's simply information.

Contact us to schedule an assessment with Paul at our C**n Rapids clinic or another one of our substance use counselors. No wait list - we're here when you need us!
