14 years ago Nikki opened up an independent optical shop.

Fast forward to today and she's running multiple locations with a full team, housing hundreds of frames in inventory, cutting lenses in house, with raving fans stopping in constantly to check out the ever changing new styles. And it all started with a crew of two, Nikki and her daughter Bailey.

Nikki's passion is eyewear. So she actually cares whether or not your vision is good, your glasses are cute or what progressive lenses are right for you. And when you have a person with that integrity and knowledge at the helm of a company, it filters down into everyone else running it, something you can feel when you get an eye exam or are picking out new frames. And since EyeStyles is independent, we aren't confined to what's offered, so there really aren't any vision issues we can't fix. If someone needs something special, we can get it.

In 2025, EyeStyles took over the oldest optical shop in Minnesota, originally started by Arthur Williams himself in 1914 (so full of history, Nikki couldn't help herself). Arthur Williams was the first freestanding optical in the state, and we're proud to keep that same spirit of independence and quality service alive, just with a few more colors.

Naturally, we've made some fun updates, bringing in the EyeStyles brand and unique frames from all over the world. Stop by and say hi 😊

TOMATO GLASSES are built to survive actual kid life, and if something does happen (kids will be kids), every piece pops apart and gets replaced. New lens, new temple, whatever it needs, and you move on with your life.
