We kicked off session one of the AHEC program today, and we are excited to welcome them this summer! We look forward to a summer filled with learning, growth, new experiences, and fun.

May Employee Spotlight: Shannon Broussard, FMA Office Manager

Meet Shannon! I was born in Morgan City, La and raised in Oakdale, La. I am an active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. I have one daughter Darby who is my greatest blessing, my pride and joy, and my very best friend! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, and supporting my daughter’s passion for competitive dance. I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years. I began my career in 1996 as a receptionist at Dr. Davis Medical Office. In 2007, I was promoted to office Manager, and in 2021 our office merged with Oakdale Community Hospital. I currently serve as Office Manager for Family Medicine Associates of Oakdale.
