🐸✨ The Dash • The Lesson • The Legacy

Today was one of those days that doesn’t just pass through you… it changes how you see life.

We laid a great elder to rest in Oakland, and the service wasn’t just a funeral—it was a full town concert of love, music, memory, and presence. A whole community showing up. A whole life echoed back through people, sound, and story.

And it made something very clear in me:

We all have a birth date.
We all have a death date.
And in between is the dash.

That dash is not small.

That dash is everything.

🐸 The frog kept coming to me symbolically in all of this… transformation, transition, life moving between states. And it made me think:

If “each one teach one” is real—and I believe it is—then a life well lived doesn’t just end with you.

So then the real question becomes:

Not in fear.
