✨ I’m so excited to finally share this with you…

For the past few years, I’ve been dreaming about creating a space where women could pause, breathe, reconnect with themselves, and intentionally dream about what’s next.

On August 22, that dream becomes reality.

✨ Envision It! Los Angeles ✨

This isn’t just a vision board workshop.

It’s an invitation to step away from the noise long enough to remember who you are, celebrate how far you’ve come, and create a vision for the season you’re stepping into.

We’ll gather in the creative heart of Downtown Los Angeles for an afternoon of creativity, connection, music, laughter, and celebration.

As many of you know, my work has always been about helping people come home to themselves. This event is an extension of that mission—and I can’t think of a more meaningful way to begin my 57th year than by envisioning what’s possible together.

Whether you’re navigating a new chapter, rediscovering your creativity, or simply feeling called to dream a little bigger, I’d love to have you there.

Come as you are.

Leave remembering the real you. 🌿

Where could you use support in your life?

06/07/2026

If the Sunday scaries are already whispering about Monday…

This is your reminder that not everything needs to be productive.

Sometimes a piece of paper, a few art supplies, and 5 quiet minutes can do more for your nervous system than another hour of overthinking.

The goal isn’t to make great art.

The goal is to remember yourself.

What if you were meant to say no, have boundaries and let yourself love your life?

Some endings do not break us.
They release us.

There are versions of our lives we cling to because we think they will finally make us feel chosen, safe, successful, lovable, whole.

And sometimes life says no anyway.

Not because we failed.

Because we were trying to build a future that required us to abandon ourselves in order to keep it.

The older I get, the more I understand this:

not every loss is a punishment.

Some are invitations back to ourselves.

Sometimes the moment that changes your life doesn’t look powerful at all.

Sometimes it looks like standing in Disneyland pretending everything is fine…
while your world quietly collapses behind the scenes.

I didn’t tell this story for a long time.
Partly because I was ashamed.
Partly because I was still surviving it.

But there came a point where I had to stop pretending I was safe in situations that were costing me my peace, my power, and my sense of self.

That was the beginning.

Not of perfection.
Not of some glamorous overnight transformation.

But of truth.

The truth that I could no longer abandon myself and call it love.
The truth that I was going to have to build something of my own.
The truth that I deserved a life that felt stable, honest, and fully mine.

And maybe the hardest truth of all:

Sometimes the most loving thing we can do is finally admit that something isn’t working.

Not so we can burn our lives down.
But so we can stop disappearing inside them.

If you’ve been carrying something quietly…
if something in your life isn’t adding up…
if you’ve been performing “fine” while your nervous system tells a different story—

there’s space for you here to tell the truth.

Come sit with me.
I’ll save you a seat.

What would you risk to hold joy as a primary reason behind your work?

What if I told you it’s closer than you think?

I didn’t have proof that it would work.

I just knew I couldn’t keep living the way I was living.

Twenty years ago, I left my two-year-old and flew halfway across the world alone to attend a retreat in Burma.

At the time, it felt irrational.
Emotional.
Maybe even a little irresponsible to some people.

But looking back now, I can see it clearly:

That was the moment I stopped waiting for certainty and started learning how to trust myself.

Not perfectly.
Not all at once.
But honestly.

You don’t become self-trusting by thinking about it.

You become self-trusting
the moment you make a decision
without full proof.

That’s where everything starts to shift.

Not because it’s easy.
But because it’s yours.

If you’re ready to do it differently—come sit with me.

I’ll save you a seat.

You do not have to abandon yourself to love your children well.

You do not have to bleed yourself dry to prove devotion.

The ancient mothers knew something we forgot somewhere between calendars, carpools, performance reviews, and the endless pressure to “do it all.”

A well mother raises well children.

A connected mother raises connected children.

A woman who trusts her own inner knowing teaches the next generation to trust theirs too.

Hawk medicine asks the mother to climb higher for a moment.

To leave the frantic ground level perspective.

To look at her life from the sacred aerial view.

Not every emergency is yours to absorb.
Not every feeling belongs to you.
Not every sacrifice is holy simply because it hurts.

The messenger comes to remind the mother who she was before the world convinced her that exhaustion was evidence of love.

And if you’ve been seeing hawks lately…

Circling overhead.
Landing near you.
Appearing at strange moments when you’re overwhelmed or questioning yourself…

The old teachings would say:

Pay attention.

There is wisdom trying to find you.

Not through force.
Not through fear.

Through instinct.
Through stillness.
Through the quiet voice underneath all the noise that already knows the way home.
