Connecting, educating, and supporting our community! đź’™

Lori, Community Health Worker at our Bruceton location, recently visited the Tunnelton Senior Center to share helpful tips on recognizing and avoiding scams. She also represented MLMC at the Preston County Schools Resource Fair earlier this week, connecting school staff and families with valuable local resources.

Thank you to both organizations for welcoming us—and thank you, Lori, for helping our Preston County neighbors stay informed, safe, and connected!

August is National Immunization Awareness Month! 💉💚

It’s a great reminder that vaccines aren’t just for kids—they play an important role in protecting our health at every stage of life. Staying up to date on recommended vaccinations can help prevent serious illness while also helping protect the people around us, especially those who are most vulnerable.

This month, take a moment to check your vaccination status and talk with your healthcare provider about which vaccines may be recommended for you and your family.

At Mountain Laurel Medical Center, we’re proud to help our communities stay healthy, protected, and informed.
