🌺It’s time for a springtime reset! 🌺
If you’re anything like me, spring, summer, and fall are when I’m feeling my best but I tend to struggle through the winter months. Snowstorms, stretches of days with no sun, and cold weather can really bring a person down.
It’s time to let it all go with a Reset massage and start getting ready for warmer days! ☀️
What is a Reset massage? This service will be focused on total relaxation and resetting the nervous system.
✨Beginning with a scalp massage to have you feeling grounded, calm, and activating the parasympathetic nervous system from the beginning.
✨Face massage will be optional for this service as some just don’t like their face being touched.
✨Working down into the neck and shoulders will follow, along with a focused amount of time on the hands and feet with hot towels throughout.
✨Finishing the massage with work on the back, focusing on the muscles closest to the spine from the neck to lower back and topped off with
✨10minutes of hot towels on the back to increase relaxation and circulation even more.
In total this service will last 1 hour and 20 minutes for $100.
✨For the best experience during this service, please allow hair to be worn down during the session, free of tight styles such as buns, braids, or clips, as this allows full access to the scalp for a thorough and relaxing scalp massage. 💆🏼♀️ Additionally, a small amount of almond oil may be used during the facial massage portion of your session to enhance glide and increase hydration! 😇
This service will be available through April. TBD if it will be permanently added to my service menu ☺️
