It was so lovely to speak with Amy Sikarskie—her presence is so grounded and loving, and I deeply admire the way she holds space for healing and remembrance. I was honored to be a guest on her beautiful show, The Spirit & Soul Healing Podcast.

In this clip, I share one of the most painful past lives I’ve seen—where I denied my intuitive gifts to stay safe. And eventually… I believed my own lie.

That lifetime still breaks my heart. It reminds me just how powerful our words are—not just the ones we think, but the ones we say out loud. This is why speaking your truth publicly is part of the healing.
