Her arm lifted off the table before I even touched her spine. That’s the part people miss when they picture chiropractic. 🌿
In NetworkSpinal we learn something counterintuitive: force and presence are inverse. The less force I bring, the more room your own nervous system has to rise and meet the moment itself.
Force is the gym — push, load, build. Presence is different. Presence is stillness. It’s trusting the intelligence already running your system to reorganize its own tension, on its own timing, not mine.
Most people still picture chiropractic as a snap-your-neck kind of force. This isn’t that. My job is to get quiet and specific enough that your body does the real work — because it already knows how. Brain, body, one connection, listening to itself.
The more present I can be, the more that innate power in you gets to lead.
So — how do you know when you’re moving with your body versus pushing against it? What does that tension feel like right before it lets go?
