A Letter to the Girl I Used to Be... โค๏ธ
Dear Younger Me,
I know you're wondering if you'll ever figure it all out.
I know there are days you question yourself, your decisions, and whether you're strong enough to keep going.
I know you've cried more tears than anyone realizes.
You've worried about your kids, your future, your finances, and whether you're making the right choices. You've felt like giving up more than once.
But please...don't.
Because one day you'll unlock the door to a little massage room that once only existed in your imagination only a short couple years ago.
You'll welcome people into a space you've created with your own hands.
You'll pray over that room before clients arrive and for them long after they leave.
You'll hear someone say, "I really needed this today," and your heart will quietly whisper, This is exactly where God wanted me.
There will still be hard days, more than I'd like to admit.
Owning a small business won't always be easy. There will be moments of doubt, slow weeks, and days when you wonder if you're doing enough or even if I am enough.
But you'll also experience incredible joy.
You'll build friendships with your clients.
You'll laugh with them.
You'll pray for some of them.
You'll celebrate their victories, and they'll celebrate yours.
And one day, you'll look around and realize...
You didn't just build a business.
You built a place where people feel cared for, welcomed, and at peace.
So thank you...
Thank you for not giving up when life was hard.
Thank you for trusting God even when the path didn't make sense.
Thank you for choosing courage over comfort.
Because of you, I'm living a dream that once felt impossible.
And if someone reading this is in the middle of their own hard season, wondering if their dream will ever become reality...
Keep going.
God has a way of opening doors we never imagined possible, often at exactly the right time.
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight." โ Proverbs 3:5โ6
Here's to the younger versions of ourselves...the ones who kept believing, even when they couldn't yet see what God was preparing. your day will come. "If its not Good He's not done"
