Fair Friday - Decatur County

Decatur County Fair is entering the last two days of activities! Do miss the opportunity to make fair memories!!

What an amazing week of events and activities for so many!!

A huge thank you to all that worked so hard to make this week so memorable. From those who step up, cleaned up and got everything ready to those who work as superintendents and judges to those who work games, rides and food stands.

Our staff is deeply involved in fair week in so many ways but still did a great job of juggling things to make animal healthcare a priority as well. You saw our staff running rides, helping set up livestock areas, being superintendents and working food stands. Most importantly they were helping kids, theirs and others, make memories and have an amazing fair!

Celebrating 11 Years of Heartland Veterinary Service!!

On this date 11 years ago Dr. Hissong purchased the remaining interest in Countryside Veterinary Service of Oberlin and sold his remaining interest in Countryside Veterinary Hoxie location and established Heartland Veterinary Service of Oberlin!

It has been an amazing 11 years with Dr. Bailey as our associate veterinarian along with fantastic support staff along the way.

Here’s to the next 11 years of providing great products and service, quality advise and being a part of the communities we serve.

It is fair time in Decatur County with the start of judging today for clothing and then the horse show tomorrow followed by a week full of judging, shows, exhibits and memories made!

It is Fair Season!!

These two things are always worth a share this time of year!!

Congratulations to those who have already enjoyed all the fair making memories!! Ribbons and trophies are wonderful but the memories you made, the lessons you learned and the amazing skills you learned or enhanced will last a lifetime!!

Fair Friday!!

It is fair season for some of our area clients and their families!

This week is Sheridan County’s Fair! Check out the remaining 4-H events as well as the amazing carnival and rodeo!

Wishing everyone a great weekend and thank a volunteer when you see them working a gate, running a ride, cleaning up trash, running an event or making your food!! We appreciate all that these area people do to make all these things happen!!
