All set up for Yin Yoga class tonight. My heart is full as this is the first yin yoga class I've taught since Sept 2025 at my old (near downtown) location. And the class is full 😍 I am offering sound baths and yin yoga classes once per month. Remember, pre-registration is required and there are only 6 spots available for each class. Namaste.

Everyone - this is the new amazing business in the old METTA property. These owners are amazing people and they have taken what I created at METTA and kept a lot of the things we all loved about it - the lotus lights, the beautiful wood, the colors, etc. But they have taken it and made it their own and made it even better. I couldn't be happier that they were the ones to buy this property and keep it a creative and healing space just as I did at METTA.
Their GRAND OPENING is on August 1 from 10 am - 6 pm. Check out their page, follow them, and stay up to date with everything.
Not only do they have an art gallery (The Canopy) in the front bldg (the old yoga/sound studio) but in the back building (the old massage studio) they have an art studio (The Cottage) where they will offer all types of artist classes. There are also adding a beautiful courtyard with shade sails and seating for community gatherings.

I WILL be supporting them and attending their grand opening . . . . how about you!?!
