Inflammation gets a bad wrap, but just like everything else there are 2 sides to the coin. 🪙

Initially inflammation is massively important for healing ❤️‍🩹 when we interrupt this process too quickly by taking anti-inflammatories it confuses the bodies natural process, and actually delays healing. 😩

Research has even shown it can lead to long term chronic pain conditions. 😣

Fall 2011 I graduated with my degree in Psychology from Appalachian State Uni in Boone, NC (go Mountaineers 🤘)without a direction. 🤷‍♀️

When I chose Massage School it was purely due to the inability to find work with my degree. 😔

After kicking rocks for a few years 😂 (fast forward to 2013) I chose to learn a skill, having no idea at the time I had found my soul purpose as a Massage Therapist ✨

Life is absolutely a journey ☀️

Client win: RAPID Pain Relief session for neck/shoulder pain. After sifting thru all protocols for this area, we discovered the pain was actually coming from 3/4 rib at sternum attachment 🎉
Reset the fascia and the bones follow suit!!
