🧠 What is MTBI (Mild Traumatic Brain Injury)?
At CareFIRST Imaging, we believe in awareness through education and early diagnosis.
A mild traumatic brain injury (MTBI), often referred to as a concussion, occurs when a bump, blow, or jolt to the head temporarily disrupts normal brain function.
Even “mild” injuries can have real symptoms, including headache, dizziness, brain fog, fatigue, and sensitivity to light or noise.
⚠️ Important: If symptoms worsen or include confusion, repeated vomiting, loss of consciousness, or severe headache, immediate medical evaluation is essential.
Early imaging and proper evaluation can make a difference in recovery and peace of mind.
At CareFIRST Imaging, we are committed to precision, performance, and patient-centered care.
