I’m excited to now offer TMJ & Buccal Therapy at KNEAD Massage Therapy 🌿

This specialized treatment focuses on relieving tension in the jaw, face, and neck. Each session incorporates lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and targeted massage of the face, jaw, neck, and shoulders — with a small portion of intraoral work to access deeper muscle tension that cannot be reached externally.

This treatment may help with:

• Jaw clenching & grinding
• TMJ discomfort
• Headaches
• Neck tension
• Stress held in the jaw

✨ Introductory Rate: $120
Regular Rate: $150

Introductory pricing available through May 31
*Appointments booked by May 31 will receive this rate

This is a deeply relaxing, therapeutic session designed to support overall muscle balance — not an intense treatment.

As this year comes to a close, I’m feeling deeply grateful.

Grateful for every client who has trusted me over the years — not only with their bodies, but with their stories, their time, their healing, and their continued loyalty. From those who have been with me since I began massaging back in 2014, to those who found their way to my table more recently, your trust means more to me than I could ever fully express. It is something I have never — and will never — take lightly.

This year brought growth, clarity, and a deeper understanding of my purpose and the care I want to continue creating. It reminded me why I started, and why this work is so much more than massage. It’s about presence, intention, and creating a space where people feel supported, seen, and cared for.

As I look ahead to the new year, my heart is full and my excitement is genuine. There are some truly meaningful and exciting things coming for KNEAD Massage Therapy, and I can’t wait to share what’s ahead.
