Fun Fact: The average human head weighs about 12lbs!

For every inch your head is held forward adds 10lbs of weight.

So holding your head at a 45° angle, which is your typical head posture while on your phone on a computer, you add around 42lbs on you neck muscles.

If you chronically hold your head forward not only do you put stress on your neck you also decrease the lungs max amount of air to be exhaled after you inhale by up to 30%
