All the way from Indiana for a bachelorette trip to celebrate Lexi’s upcoming wedding to Jax on August 15th 🥰❤️👰🏻‍♀️

What a pleasure it was to teach these gals yoga on the beach. Most were not regular yogis (so funny - the bride said she only practices yoga at bachelorette parties 🤣) but they had a lovely time on the beach followed by a sweet circle for the bride & some happy tears 🥹

We wish Lexi & Jax many happy days ahead ❤️❤️❤️

Because strong, cold East winds don’t make for an enjoyable (or safe) morning on the beach. Hopefully we’ll be back out there tomorrow!

Why we don’t teach when the winds are 16mph or higher:

Sand kicks up and finds its way into all the places you don’t want it to be (like your nose)

The wind sound in ears is so loud it is difficult to hear the teacher

Wind that makes you a little wobbly is good balance practice; wind that can knock you over is not

Ready to take your yoga practice to the next level?

Embarking on the journey of yoga teacher training isn’t just about learning the poses, theory, or how to teach a class — it’s also about learning deeply about yourself.

The journey takes you within to explore the deeper reaches of your mind, body, and soul.

With a blend of self-inquiry and practiced embodiment within a supportive space, you are given the tools to connect with what matters most to you.

It’s more than learning how to teach - it’s about learning to become the best version of you possible.

Our 200 hour yoga teacher training will prepare you to teach and practice on a deeper level. This is the foundational training needed to teach in yoga studios. Learn the skills to safely and confidently teach vinyasa flow, power, restorative, and yin yoga.

This summer, challenge yourself to do something new!

Complimentary in studio, beach, and dock yoga classes and most summer specialty workshops included for all teacher training students from June 20th - August 30th.

8th Summer on the bay with Paddle & Meditate and WE CAN’T WAIT!

Monday night Sunset Paddle & Meditate starts June 22nd & runs every Monday this summer!

Join us for a relaxing paddle around the back bay in Ocean City, New Jersey, followed by a guided meditation and mini reiki session on the floating dock.

Beginners (to all of the above) welcome! We’ll teach you everything you need to know to safely paddle. Kayaks an option for those who prefer to sit instead of stand.

It looks like cooler mornings are on deck all week but with lots of sunshine and hardly any wind you’ll think your weather app is wrong 😂
