A fast-paced, challenging 30-minute full-body strength workout designed to build strength, improve muscular endurance, and elevate your heart rate. Using a combination of functional strength exercises and dynamic movements, participants will work every major muscle group through an efficient, motivating, and scalable workout suitable for all fitness levels.

Community Beach Yoga, Saturday, September 19th 9-10am on 40th St. Beach with Dawn Ehman

Join Dawn Ehman from Yogavibez for a donation-based, all-levels Beach Yoga class to kick off Evolution Expo day. Start your Saturday with movement, fresh ocean air, and good vibez before you check out the at the Convention Center.
Bring a towel and water, and get ready to flow by the ocean. All levels are welcome—no yoga experience necessary!
Donations will benefit the OC Surf Club.
