Driftwood Studio will be participating in the Art Walk on June 20th and 21st.

For those who haven't visited before, Driftwood Studio is a classroom and makers space where I work with chainmaille, non-ferrous metals, glass mosaics, and leather to create custom jewelry and wall art.

Throughout the Art Walk, visitors are welcome to tour the studio, view current projects, and learn more about the materials and techniques used in my work.

Whether you're interested in art, craftsmanship, or simply enjoy seeing how things are made, I would be happy to show you around.

I look forward to opening the studio and sharing the space with the community.

So many of us carry stress in our bodies without even realizing it. 🌿

Tight shoulders.
Jaw tension.
Back pain.
That constant feeling of being “on.”

One of the things I love about the work I do is helping people slow down enough to notice what their body has been trying to say.

My massage work incorporates elements of the Feldenkrais Method, which focuses on gentle awareness, movement, and helping the body find more natural patterns of ease and balance.

It’s a slower, more mindful approach — and many people leave feeling not only more relaxed, but more connected to themselves overall.

If your body has been asking for a little extra care lately, I’d love to help. 💛

One of the things I love most about the work I do is helping people reconnect with their bodies in a gentler, more mindful way. 🌿

My massage approach incorporates elements of the Feldenkrais Method, which focuses on awareness, movement, and helping the body find more natural patterns of ease and balance.

It’s not just about working on sore muscles — it’s about noticing how the whole body is functioning together.

Many people leave feeling:
✨ More relaxed
✨ More mobile
✨ More grounded
✨ And more connected to their body overall

It’s a slower, intentional approach, and I truly love getting to share it with people.

If you’ve been curious about trying something a little different, feel free to reach out. 💛

So many people think pain means they need to push harder, stretch harder, or “fix” themselves immediately.

But sometimes the body responds best to gentleness, awareness, and finally feeling safe enough to let go. 🌿

Feldenkrais work is less about forcing change and more about helping the body remember easier ways to move, rest, and exist.

Healing doesn’t always have to happen through intensity.

Not all massage is the same. 🌿

My approach is a little different than what you might expect from a typical massage.

Along with hands-on bodywork, I incorporate elements of the Feldenkrais Method — a gentle, awareness-based approach that helps your body relearn more natural and efficient ways of moving.

Instead of only focusing on tight muscles, I look at how your whole body is working together.

This can help with:
✨ Reducing chronic tension
✨ Improving mobility and posture
✨ Creating longer-lasting relief
✨ Feeling more connected to your body

It’s a slower, more mindful experience — and often leaves people feeling different in a way that goes beyond just relaxation.

If you’ve been curious about trying something a little different, I’d love to work with you.

A little behind-the-scenes update 🤍

I’ve been working on something really special lately… between creating new mosaic pieces and slowly bringing a new studio space to life.

It’s still coming together, but it’s starting to feel really intentional—a space for creativity, calm, and healing.

If you’re on Instagram, I’ve been sharing more of the process over there—mosaics, studio progress, and all the little details in between ✨

I’d love to have you follow along:

A little reminder to take care of yourself 🌿

So many of us carry stress in our bodies without even realizing it. This might show up as tight shoulders, sore backs, tension that just builds over time.

Massage isn’t just about relaxation… it’s about giving your body a chance to reset.

A chance to breathe.
A chance to release.
A chance to feel better in your own body.

If you’ve been feeling like you need that lately, this is your sign.

Feel free to message me to get on the schedule. đź’›

A little reminder to take care of yourself this week 🌿

I have a couple massage openings coming up next week on:

✨ Thursday, April 2
✨ Friday, April 3

Sometimes we wait until our body is really hurting before we book something… but you don’t have to wait that long.

Massage is a great way to stay ahead of tension, stress, and fatigue — not just fix it after the fact.

If you’ve been thinking about scheduling, this could be the perfect time.

Feel free to text or call me at 360-964-0260 for details or to reserve a spot. đź’›

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your body is simply pause.

Massage gives your muscles a chance to release tension, improves circulation, and helps your nervous system slow down after a busy week.

My massage space inside Soul Center is designed to be quiet, calming, and restorative — a place where you can truly relax and let your body reset.

If you’ve been feeling tight shoulders, stress, or just need some time to unwind, massage can make a big difference in how you feel day to day.

Send me a message if you’d like to schedule an appointment. 🌿

Your body will thank you.
