Many Mississippi patients are surprised to learn that the Mississippi Medical Cannabis Act includes protections stating that a registered patient cannot be denied the right to own, purchase, or possess a firearm solely because they hold a medical cannabis card. Never stop growing, Mississippi ♥️

As of 10 AM this morning, the Mississippi Medical Cannabis Program has finally achieved 70,000 active patients! This is a massive milestone for the medical cannabis program in our state, and is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our program agents at the MS Department of Health, our Industry Operators, and the certifying practitioners that assist patients with their certification process.

Another milestone has been passed, but there is still work to be done! 3MA will continue to advocate for changes to our state laws that prioritize patient access and reduce barriers for industry operators. Next stop, !
