Join me on the mat Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8:30–9:30 AM at the Town Hall or Gazebo at John West Park in Ocean View
through June 4, 2026.
No classes June 9, 11, 23 or 25, 2026.

Classes will be held at 8:00 AM on June 16 & 18, 2026 and
June 30th - Aug 13th, 2026
Aug 25th- Sept 3rd, 2026

It’s time for a little R&R ✨
There will be no yoga classes on March 31 & April 2, 2026 at John West Park in Ocean View, Delaware.
Classes will resume on April 7, 2026—I can’t wait to see everyone back on the mat! 🧘‍♀️💛

Hi everyone
Due to the current conditions, our Ocean View Town Hall Yoga Class is cancelled for Tuesday, February 24, 2026.

I’m hopeful the Town Hall will be cleared and ready for us by Thursday, February 26, 2026.

Stay safe and I will update you as soon as I know more.
