We are a full Pilates studio, offering private Pilates reformer sessions, duets, Pilates mat, Springboard, and yoga classes. Beach Pilates and Wellness also offers Pre and Postnatal, Rehabilitation, Pilates for Golfers and Pilates for Osteoporosis and Back Pain. We also offer holistic wellness services including nutrition counseling, private chef and cooking classes, raw food demonstrations, wellness lectures, seminars, and events, essential oils educating, green thumb consultations, school gardens, grocery store tours, pantry clean outs, and much more. Getting ready to sign out and eat lots of pasta and pizza, Prosecco will be in there too for the next couple weeks.

Tomorrow is the last day for classes and we’re hosting a Teasers For Tatas Springboard/Tower class at 10:30. There is 2 spots available if you want to jump in and 1 spot opened for 9:30 am Reformer.

All things fall and this year we’ll be spending 1/2 of October in Tuscany for our hosted Pilates Retreat! We can’t wait to share our experiences with you so make sure to check back soon to see everything from Roma, Firenze and Toscana!

Live Streaming Classes are coming back!!

A lot of you head down south or back to DC & NYC for the off season. Sooo when we get back from our hosted Pilates Retreat in Tuscany we’ll be adding live streaming Pilates Mat with Props on Fridays at 8 am starting Nov 6th.

A lot of you jump into to streamed Reformer or Springboard classes too when it suits your schedules. Just message me this off season and I can pop ya into a class of your choice!

Stepping into Fall with a grateful heart and deep breaths!

Summer is such a whirlwind for me, I always look forward to the fall. Time to get outside more, finally get some beach time without actually teaching on it, finding time for my own personal practice, enjoy the weather and spend more time with my minis.

The studio is still rockin and super busy so make sure to sign up early. Schedule is up for the next few weeks before I head off to Tuscany for my hosted Pilates Retreat with clients.

Cheers to fall sunsets, cooler weather, Pilates with a sweatshirt near by, locals summer, bonfires and no lines at your favorite restaurants!

Tomorrow is the day!

Beach classes officially kickoff at 8 AM tomorrow downtown Bethany Beach. This will be our 17th season teaching Pilates on the beach, and we’re so excited to kick off the Summer season!!

Here’s all the details for the Summer!

Classes are held downtown off of Garfield Parkway. We usually go straight out from the Clocktower to the left, in front of Mangos restaurant. Drop ins are always welcome. You can be a beginner or you can be a guru. It’s $15 to drop in, you can bring cash or do Venmo, and we have the MINDBODY app so you can sign up before if you’d like as well!

Bring a blanket or towel, a hat or sunglasses, and water. Parking is free! Classes are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays through the summer. Come a few minutes early to sign waivers!

We’ll see you on the mat! Cheers to 17 years of Pilates on the Beach!!!

One week till Pilates on the Beach 🏝️ starts!

Drop in or sign up on the MINDBODY app. Bring cash or Venmo. Bring a towel or a blanket and some water, beginners or gurus are always welcome.

May 29 kicks off the 17th season of Pilates on the beach classes in downtown Bethany Beach. We will be straight out from the clock tower, in front of Mango‘s restaurant.

SUMMER WORKSHOPS & EVENTS!

We’re all ready for summer with our workshops! You can sign up online or just reach out to Kelly and let her know you’re coming.

We’re offering a biohacking Q &A, all things health with Kelly in June. Two somatic Pilates workshops. I believe this is gonna be the next big thing in the Pilates world. I’ve been studying it for the last two years and can’t wait to share all the techniques and exercises with you! We are also offering posture assessments and pelvic floor sessions, those are offered in a private one on one or in a small group session, booked through the studio with Kelly as well. And then we’re having a ladies night happy hour and celebrating women in business with a local vendors market in August. So make sure to check out all the things! Reach out with questions and we can’t wait to see you this summer!
