Please join us to celebrate the final opening of our beautiful new birth center! We have been hard at work moving, unpacking, and organizing and are so excited to share this wonderful project with our community.

We hope you can make it, and we are looking forward to catching up with many of the families who helped us to reach this achievement.

There are a lot of MYTHS and unrealistically expectations around babies and toddler’s sleep! 😴😪👶
If you think you NEED to get your baby sleeping through the night, or that you’re doing something wrong when they aren’t… thank again. Nature says otherwise 🌱🌿🪴

It felt easy to be gentle and responsive with a baby, she said. To welcome her baby into her bed. To respond to his cries. To feed him on demand.  But then her baby became a toddler. Some find the changes in their body during pregnancy to be ✨SO EXCITING✨

But for many, the changes, the weight gain, 🤰 the bump… (even though it means they’re doing to miraculous work of growing a whole new human🤯) triggers negative feels about their body image.

You are not alone! And you're no less 🌟glowing🌟 because of those feelings.

And yes, after your baby is born you will still have a big belly. At least for a while. Any stretch makes you gained will probably stay. Whether you bottle or body feed your baby, you’ll probably experience some engorgement thus maybe more stretch marks. You may start to feel like a 🐯 You may love it. You may hate it. And it’s ALL NATURAL!

I’m not asking you to believe that every stretch mark and squishy spot is beautiful. But I am asking you to take some pressure off yourself with respect to body image. Your body is doing AMAZING things for you and for your baby during pregnancy and postpartum! Just take a step back and marvel at that for a minute 💫💫💕
