High temperatures can be dangerous, especially for older adults and those with chronic medical conditions. Protect yourself and your loved ones by following these simple tips:

💧 Drink plenty of water—even if you don’t feel thirsty.
🏠 Stay indoors or in air-conditioned areas during the hottest part of the day.
👕 Wear lightweight, light-colored clothing.
🧢 Protect yourself with sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses when outdoors.
❤️ Check on family, friends, and neighbors, especially seniors.

Know the warning signs: dizziness, headache, nausea, muscle cramps, confusion, or hot, dry skin. If symptoms become severe, seek medical attention immediately.
