The challenge is simple:
✨ Take 15 Yoga or Pilates classes during October
✨ Get your RESET 15 card punched after each class
✨ Complete all by October 31
✨ Earn a 5-Class Package to give to someone new to Oside Power Yoga.
Already have a membership or class package? You’re in.

College friends + Oceanside + a little yoga = the perfect reunion. 🌊🧘‍♀️💛

I had the absolute pleasure of leading this wonderful group of women through a private practice at Oside Power Yoga while they were in Oceanside for their college reunion.

They’ve gone their separate ways and now live in different parts of the country, but they came back together to reconnect, laugh, move, breathe and simply enjoy being together.

Their energy was so positive and uplifting. Spending the morning with these women genuinely left me feeling hopeful about the next generation of women stepping into their careers, communities and leadership. ✨

Thank you for trusting me to be a small part of your reunion. It was such a fun morning!

And this reminded me of something I want to do more of at Oside Power Yoga…

There’s something special about seeing the studio fill back up. 🤍

After a very hot few weeks here in Oceanside, this weekend felt like a shift. Mats were rolling out, familiar faces were returning, and our community was moving and breathing together again.

As we move toward the Fall Equinox, it’s a beautiful time to return to the practices that ground us—and begin letting go of what we don’t need to carry into the next season.

No need to make up for missed classes.
No need to start over.

Just come back to your mat.

🪷Return. Release. Reset.
