Whether or not you hope to ultimately teach, you are welcome to apply to join our next training class and journey together through a deepening of your practice and some dedicated time to explore and investigate the system of yoga. Our website offers some details about our program, and the application itself can be a good tool for discerning if this commitment is right for you, and at this time in your life. Please contact us (in person at the studio, or email [email protected]) to request one. Space is limited; a regular studio practice and an earlier application will be helpful if you’d like to secure a spot in this year’s class. We are happy to answer any questions you may have!
