Dr. Migdalia Monzon was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She attended Medical School and trained in Pediatrics in Puerto Rico. Dr. Monzon moved to US 25 years ago, serving the community in Boston, MA, Slidell, LA and for the past 17 years, here in the Permian Basin area, Odessa, TX.
