Last week, they participated in hands-on learning during Dr. Ortega’s Circumcision Workshop and Dr. Deaver’s Suturing Workshop. We are so grateful to both physicians for sharing their expertise, leadership, and commitment to educating the next generation of physicians.

The group also successfully completed their SIM assessment, and they did an outstanding job! 👏 We are incredibly proud of their hard work, enthusiasm, and dedication as they begin this exciting journey.

🎳✨ What a fantastic evening at our Annual Resident & Fellow Welcome Event!

We had an amazing turnout filled with laughter, friendly competition on the bowling lanes, great food, and memories that will last throughout the year. It was the perfect opportunity to welcome our newest residents and fellows while bringing together our senior residents, faculty, and staff.

A warm welcome to our Family Medicine PGY-1 residents! 🎉🩺

We are so excited to officially welcome the newest members of our Family Medicine family! Last week, our interns kicked off their journey with GME Orientation, and we couldn’t be more excited to see all that they will accomplish in the years ahead.

They also completed a Mental Health First Aid course, where they gained valuable skills, meaningful insight, and had an engaging learning experience thanks to an incredible instructor who made the day both educational and enjoyable.

We’re grateful to everyone who helped make orientation such a success and can’t wait to watch this outstanding group grow into compassionate, skilled physicians.

What an incredible evening honoring our graduating residents and fellows! It was truly a special night filled with laughter, memories, and celebration as we recognized the hard work, dedication, and achievements of this outstanding group.

We loved having the opportunity to meet and celebrate alongside the families and loved ones who have supported our graduates throughout their journey. Your encouragement and sacrifices have played an important role in their success.

While it is bittersweet to say goodbye, we are incredibly proud of all that our graduates have accomplished and excited to see what the future holds for each of them. We will miss you dearly and wish you nothing but success, happiness, and fulfillment in the next chapter of your careers.

Our PGY-2 retreat for the residents preparing to begin their third year of residency was such an incredible time together! So much bonding, laughter, support, and meaningful conversations. It was wonderful to step away, unwind, and truly enjoy time together as a class while creating memories that will last a lifetime.

We are so excited to watch them step into their PGY-3 year and cannot wait to see all they accomplish in this next chapter. The future is bright for this amazing group! ✨
