One year ago, this photo was captured as we shared the announcement of Rooted Wellness & Primary Care. 🌿
At the time, we had a vision for a different kind of healthcare—one built on relationships, collaboration, education, and getting to the root cause. We hoped there were others looking for that kind of care, too.
What happened next exceeded anything we could have imagined.
Over the past year, more than 850 patients have trusted us with their care, resulting in over 3,150 visits. We’ve grown from just the two of us to a team of four.
But the numbers aren’t what leave us in awe.
The people are.
Many of you were complete strangers when you first found us. You were looking for answers, hoping for a different experience, or simply wanting a better chance at health and wellness. And somehow, you chose us.
That trust is something we will never take for granted.
This year has been full of hard work, long days, growth, challenges, and blessings. Through it all, we’ve done our best to show up fully—for our patients, our families, and this community.
As we celebrate one year, our overwhelming feeling isn’t pride—it’s gratitude.
Thank you for trusting us with your stories, your health, your families, and your care.
What started as a simple idea between two women has become something better than we ever imagined, and we couldn’t be more thankful.
