Behind every visit from Parkview at Home is a resident attendant who chose this work for a reason. Many of them have already served here in Odon, so the face at the door is often one your loved one already knows. They show up not just to check tasks off a list, but to be a steady, familiar presence in someone's day.

Compassion, patience, and honesty are not extras for our team. They are the job. It is the kind of care we are proud to bring into local homes, and we are always looking for more people who feel called to it.

Our caregivers are screened, trained, and overseen by a care coordination team, which means fewer unknowns and more peace of mind.

Inviting a caregiver into daily life is a big step, and you deserve to know exactly who is showing up. Every resident attendant at Parkview at Home is carefully screened, background-checked, and supported by our care coordination team, so the person at the door is someone your family can count on.

We are a faith-based, nonprofit community in Odon, and we treat the people we serve with the same respect we would want for our own parents and grandparents. That means honesty, steady routines, and genuine kindness on every visit.
