Hey guys! If any of you have been treated with great by me or my staff, please leave a Google reviews. Google reviews are vital for a business and would love to hear your input good or bad - but mostly good 😆. Certainly if we can improve, let us know! We have had some staff changes that have been really good for the clinic. We are adjusting how we do things at Duke Family & Wellness. DFW (Cindy Hazelwood FNP) is offering peptides through a reliable compounding source! The products come with a test report and analysis…. and they have to be prescribed by a provider. You should never buy peptides through an online store without any guidance from a provider. Peptides can be very helpful, if used appropriately. Peptides, like stem cells and functional medicine, have a place in everyone’s healthcare, but not everyone has the same needs or wants. Western medicine, unfortunately, doesn’t resolve many of our health issues, but we keep going back for answers and treatments. I come from a family of medicine. Holiday hours for Duke Family Wellness patients.
We are closing today at noon; closed tomorrow and Friday.
New Years Eve: we will close at noon. We will be closed New Years Day and the 2nd.
We are always on call to take texts and calls through our Business line. If there is an emergency after hours, please go to urgent care of the emergency department. If it is not an urgent need, your message will be received when we are in the office.
For our house call patients at home or in the facility, we will be taking care of your needs as they arise.
