Often the transition to a skilled nursing facility is challenging. At South Ogden Post-Acute, we strive to ease the process by providing an environment where residents and guests feel informed and comfortable. Quick Facts
•All 140 beds are Medicare certified.
•Recently remodeled therapy gym and short term therapy rooms
•All rooms have new electric high/low beds, and cable TV (private phones are also provided for our short-term rehab units).
•The full in-house rehab unit provides: PT, OT, ST.
•Admissions can be processed 24/7.
•RNs are on duty and onsite 24 hours/day.

From spirit days, games, raffles, and dress-up fun to BBQs, activities, laughter, and special moments shared together. this week was full of smiles, teamwork, and memories we’ll never forget.

A huge thank you to our amazing nurses, CNAs, therapy team, dietary, housekeeping, activities, and every staff member who works so hard each day to care for our residents with compassion and love. You are truly the heart of our facility. 🩺✨

To our wonderful residents and families, thank you for celebrating with us and making this week so special. We loved seeing everyone come together, have fun, and create beautiful moments in bloom. 🌸

Our goal is to continue spreading the love by collecting as many cards as possible from across America—and around the world. Every card reminds our residents that they are thought of, valued, and connected beyond our walls.
