Offering for all ages: annual exams, well-child visits, diagnostics, screenings and referrals to advanced care that meets your medical and personal needs. We offer programs and services focusing on wellness, family, diet, activity and exercise to promote healthy lifestyles.

Celebrating 1 Year with Morgan Belmont! 🎉

Please join us in congratulating Morgan on her 1-year anniversary at our Oglethorpe office! As a Front Office Specialist, Morgan plays a huge role in making every patient feel welcome.

She shares that what inspires her most is "bringing joy and laughter to our patients' faces." We are so proud to have her helping our community at CareConnect Family Practice.

Outside of work, Morgan is a dedicated pet mom to 3 cats and 2 dogs. She also enjoys reading, trying new foods, shopping, and—of course—anything pink!
