We provide primary care for children and adults of all ages who have medical conditions or symptoms and complaints. Offering for all ages: annual exams, well-child visits, diagnostics, screenings and referrals to advanced care that meets your medical and personal needs. We offer programs and services focusing on wellness, family, diet, activity and exercise to promote healthy lifestyles.

Please join us in celebrating Ambry, who is marking her 1-year anniversary with us! 🎉

Ambry's favorite part of the job is being one of the first smiling faces our patients see when they come to the back, and she loves assisting our providers with in-office procedures.

When she’s off the clock, Ambry loves being outdoors and making memories with her family. Her absolute favorite thing to do is take her boys to the creeks, go fishing, and explore new foods together.
