Hi everyone, just wanted to give a heads up my pricing will be going up soon for my plans as well as some adjustments of what I offer.

The new year has brought a lot of clients new and return ones, and I’m so grateful!! But for the amount of time and effort I put into each regimen being individualized I’m raising my rates.

1. Walk away from drama, and conversations that involve hate and gossip. Bad energy is like a sponge. Don’t suck yourself dry trying to appease someone else.

2. Never let a negative mood dictate what you do. Do the things you said you were going to do. Don’t just talk about it, be about it. That’s defining your character.

3. If someone is sharing their achievements and that activates you negatively as though they are boasting/bragging instead of applauding and being happy for them, then it’s time for you to work on that.
